Admission Procedure
Application Forms for admissions are available offline/online in the month of May and June. You can fill the form and submit in Ingraham Institute I.T.I. till the end of June and first week of July. Candidate who desire to take admission will have to appear for an admission test and those who pass the written test will be eligible for interview on the prescribed date in first week of July. Candidates are required to fill the online form on Government portal compulsorily.

- Fitter – Ele. Maths, Science (High School) & General Knowledge
- Turner – Ele. Maths, Science (High School) & General Knowledge
- Draughtsman (Mechanical) – Maths, Science (High School) & General Knowledge
- Electronics, (Mechanic) – Maths, Science (High School) & General Knowledge
- Stenographer (English) – English (High School) & General Knowledge
- Computer Operator & – English (High School) & General Knowledge Programming Assistant (COPA)
- R.A.C (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) – Ele. Maths, Science & General Knowledge
- Electrician – Maths, Science (High School) & General Knowledge
Note:
a- Six subjects are required for Trainees Passing High School from NIOS for admission to NCVT trades. (Including Math & Science)
b- All Christian Applicant’s will have to write a Biblical Test also.
c- Applicant’s with Elementary Math need not apply for draughtsman-mechanical, Electronic (Mech.) and Electrician & R.A.C.
d- Applicant’s with High School pass certificates of equivalency need not apply.
e- Only High School and Inter pass from “STATE BOARD” are eligible for admission.
f- हाई स्कूल एवं इण्टर केवल स्टेट बोर्ड के मान्य हैं, कोई समकक्ष मान्य नहीं है।
- Candidate must be medically fit and in support of this he/she should bring with him/her a medical check-up report, duly filled and signed by a medical M.B.B.S./Govt. hospital. The candidate should have normal eye sight or 6/6 corrected with glasses in both eyes and submit a medical certificate to this regard.
- An attested copy (by a gazetted officer) of the high school examination and school leaving certificate, in support of date of birth will be submitted along with the application form and the original certificate will be produced at the time of admission/interview. No candidate/applicant will be allowed to appear in admission test without original certificate.
- Candidates applying for admission to Technical trades must understand that real hard work is required to achieve the skill of the trade, which apart from practical work also includes the study of trade theory, craft, science, workshop calculation and engineering drawing subject employability skills. Similarly commercial correspondence. students have to maintain strict discipline throughout the course of study. Failing which his/her candidates can be terminated.
- Admission will be made on provisional basis at the first instance; students who are irregular in attendance or cannot cope with the classes will be removed from training after observing their progress in the Ist Quarter.
- Selected candidates will bring their parents/guardian at the time of admission to furnish an undertaking for periodical visit to the institute. No undertaking will be accepted from any person other than the parents/guardians.
- For writing any other examination prior permission is to taken at least 2 months earlier, otherwise permission will not be granted. (No claim for writing any other examination can be claimed).
g. फार्म पर चिपकाई गई फोटो 2 महीने से पहले का मान्य नहीं है। केवल रंगीन फोटो चिपकाएं, अन्यथा फार्म निरस्त हो जाएगा।
